Shipping and returns

As per our general terms and conditions, not all orders can be returned. Orders can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product has been damaged in transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer has received an incorrect product.

To help us help you as best we can, please fill in the returns form and send it to us via email. You can download the returns form here. If the product is damaged, please also attach a photo showing the damage.

Within one working day, one of our customer service staff will get in touch with you to arrange the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure that it is properly protected.
